Welcome to Smile Support & Care
We are a registered, regional charity providing much needed full and part-time support to families with disabled children and young adults up to and beyond the age of 25.
Whether it be providing respite care for several hours per week for a child with a mild form of autism, through to 24-hour care for those suffering severe life-limiting conditions, our highly trained staff are available to families whenever, and wherever, they need help.
We strive to help children reach their full potential. Our support also extends to family and carers, ensuring they receive the support they need and assistance in coping with the pressures of everyday life. Most of all, we make it possible for families to enjoy quality time together.
