Since 1994 we have been providing invaluable help to families with disabled children and young adults living in Hampshire and West Sussex.
Delivering thousands of hours of community-based care per week, we tailor our support to the needs of the family and most importantly the individual.
With a head office in Eastleigh, Hampshire, and a state of the art respite care centre in Waterlooville, we work with a growing number of families, many of whom live in the most socially and economically deprived inner city areas along the south coast.

A few appreciative words from some of the families we support...
"We are very appreciative of the service and the free time it affords us. We have enjoyed two lovely evenings out together in the beautiful Hampshire countryside this week and last."
"My son's support workers are such a great team and always show such fondness and concern for him, and seeing them all really helps me too, as I sometimes feel very alone with all my family responsibilities, so they all really help to keep me feeling positive. Thank you for the wonderful support workers!"
"Just to say the three support workers I have right now have been fantastic, especially as things have been hard for me lately. One of them especially is always a ray of sunshine and cheers me up if I have had a bad day!"
Smile Support & Care is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), which monitors the quality of our service.
